Compré una moto y no me agradó mucho la atención recibida. Sin embargo intervino el Gerente Rodolfo (pidan con él), y me he recibido el mejor trato y seguimiento. Yo no pensaba regresar pero por ese sujeto, la verdad es que vale la pena seguir siendo cliente de la sucursal.

Pésimo servicio en el área de ventas solicite una cotización con el vendedor Omar Martinez por vía WhatsApp y tarde más de 5 días me decía que no tenían cotizador tube que ir personalmente a la agencia qie no.me.queda nada cerca y para mí mala suerte solo el estaba para atenderme y fue super despota no me invitó a tomar asiento me dejó parado esperando a que haga la cotización solo me dió la hoja y ya no me explico nada de el crédito su forma de atender fue muy cortante y de muy mala gana y lo.mas importante no me explico nada de la moto y ni me la mostró y Ai tenían una en sala de exhibición. Para mí fue una muy mala experiencia

For me it was a very bad experience.

Compré mi moto hace más de 10 meses, mi experiencia en general a sido regular. En la compra el vendedor fue muy accesible, buen trato y atención (trámites y papeleo en general todo bien); el problema fue la post venta, para empezar la entrega fue a las carreras y todo rápido (no tuve tiempo de revisarla bien) casi me corrieron, después la moto no estaba a punto (frenos sin calibrar, espejos flojos, algunos tornillos tambien, clutch no cortaba bien); tuve que regresar a que le hicieran eso otro día. En el primer servicio no me pudieron solucionar un detalle de la moto (la pila y todo su sistema es de 6v,es decir, no retiene mucha carga y con el tiempo deja de funcionar todo el sistema eléctrico) porque según es un "defecto" de fabrica. Para el segundo servicio la verdad dudaba en ir pero por comodidad a mi domicilio la llevé y me llevé la sorpresa que cambiaron de administración o algo por el estilo y la verdad mejoraron bastante ya que ahora sí me pudieron resolver ese "defecto de fabrica" me ofrecieron precios justos y me dejaron la moto mejor que cuando la saqué, espero continúen así ya que al inicio fue muy mala experiencia.

They offered fair prices and left me the bike better than when I took it out, I hope they continue like this since at the beginning it was a very bad experience.
