They break plastic parts, they are not responsible, they do not tighten the screws correctly, they leak oil from the engines, the truth is that I am very disappointed in the service they provide.

Terrible service, I was waiting more than 30 minutes for the spare parts lady. And no one could help me. In the end I ended up buying at another parts store.
G	Gustavo arroyo cuellar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio horrible 6 motivos por los cuales no volvería con una agencia con personas "especializadas". 1.- Piden comprar piezas "necesarias" y resulta que no son las requeridas además de que la moto no las necesitaba. 2.- Piden confirmar piezas nuevas para cambio (balatas traseras) y no se las ponen hasta que te la entregan y les dices y su respuesta es "perdón se me olvidó". 3.- Piden confirmar la compra de un foco delantero porque las bajas no servían pero las altas si y me regresan la moto con foco inservible ahora ni las altas sirven. 4.- Entregan moto con piezas sueltas. 5.- Te sellan mal la póliza de mantenimiento y te lo corrigen con vil tinta roja. 6.- Te hablan diciendo que tú moto está lista y a penas la están reparando. Pésima calidad, no les confiaría mi moto nuevamente a personas que no se preocupan por hacer bien su trabajo. Horrible service 6 reasons why I would not go back with an agency with "specialized" people. 1.- They ask to buy "necessary" parts and it turns out that they are not required and the motorcycle did not need them. 2.- They ask to confirm new parts for change (rear brake pads) and they don't put them on until they give it to you and you tell them and their answer is "sorry, I forgot." 3.- They ask to confirm the purchase of a headlight because the drops did not work but the high ones did and they return the bike to me with a useless headlight now and the high ones do not work. 4.- They deliver a motorcycle with loose parts. 5.- They seal your maintenance policy badly and correct it with vile red ink. 6.- They talk to you saying that your motorcycle is ready and they are hardly repairing it. Poor quality, I would not trust my bike again to people who do not care about doing their job well.

Cuentan con buen servicio como personas, pero la calidad en la entrega de refacciones es penoso; puedes esperar media hora mientras encuentran la pieza que necesitas en el sistema y después de 15 días resultar que es la equivocada, y después vuelta a empezar con el mismo resultado; a ese paso es mejor pedir en plataformas chinas, que por lo menos sabes a lo que te atienes. Quisiera decir que es algo nuevo pero llevan años sin surtido de refacciones básicas como chicotes o balatad y es una pena que sea 'la agencia' de una excelente marca donde no encuentras piezas en ningún otro lado (en Morelia) Mientras la moto es nueva no habrá ningún problema, pero cuando necesite algo importante, mucha suerte en este sitio próximo comprador. It is a place where they sell good motorcycles but where they are not up to the task in terms of after-sales service. They have good service as people, but the quality in the delivery of spare parts is appalling; you can wait half an hour while they find the part you need in the system and after 15 days it turns out to be the wrong one, and then start over with the same result; at that rate it is better to order on Chinese platforms, at least you know what you are waiting for. I would like to say that it is something new but they have not had an assortment of basic spare parts such as whips or balatad for years and it is a pity that it is 'the agency' of an excellent brand where you cannot find parts anywhere else (in Morelia) As long as the bike is new there will be no problem, but when you need something major, good luck on this next buyer site.
