jamas en toda mi vida me trataron tan mal como ahí
hable con dos gerentes y ambos me trataron de una manera terrible desde la secretaria el mecánico y los gerentes el servicio fue deplorable ninguno le interese ayudarme o darle solución a mi problema me dijeron que me darían respuesta en 4 días y pasaron 7 días todo el tiempo me decían que al día siguiente estaría lista. al final no me dieron respuesta y me dijeron que podría tardar 25 días. cuando ya me habían dado un presupuesto lo cambiaron .un lugar sin formalidad y fecha de entrega. al final el gerente me dijo que si quería mejor que pase por mi motocicleta y que me la lleve. al final me cobraron y no la arreglaron.
Yo pesaba comprarles una moto de alto cilindrada pero depuesto de ver su trato nunca compraría aquí.

I spoke with two managers and they both treated me in a terrible way from the secretary, the mechanic and the managers, the service was deplorable. They told me that the next day I would be ready. in the end they didn't give me an answer and they told me it could take 25 days. when they had already given me a budget they changed it to a place without formality and delivery date. At the end the manager told me that if I wanted, I'd better come by my motorcycle and take it with me. in the end they charged me and they didn't fix it.
I weighed buying a high-displacement motorcycle from them but after seeing their deal, I would never buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, una vez pagues la moto se olvidan, no contestan llamadas, programé la entrega de mi moto y me hicieron esperar como 3 horas, por que se les "olvido" prepararla, mucha informalidad de su parte, pedí información de unos accesorios y nunca me cotizaron y hasta te tratan despectivamente por preguntar.
Terrible attention, once you pay for the motorcycle they forget, they don't answer calls, I scheduled the delivery of my motorcycle and they made me wait about 3 hours, because they "forgot" to prepare it, a lot of informality on their part, I asked for information about some accessories and They never quoted me and they even treat you contemptuously for asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio invertí en un carenado se paga para q la entreguen puesta aliniado limpio y en buen estado la entregan como quieren creo q así les gusta q les entreguen las.cosas de preferencia no llevar tu vehículo ahí. Se supone que es un taller donde lo llevas para q arreglen desperfectos y se mantenga el valor del vehículo pero en vs de mantenimiento te la.entregan peor.
Terrible service I invested in a fairing you pay for it to be delivered clean aligned and in good condition they deliver it as they want I think that's how they like it when things are delivered to them preferably not to take your vehicle there. It is supposed to be a workshop where you take it to fix any damage and maintain the value of the vehicle, but when it comes to maintenance, they deliver it to you worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the complaints here are justified. The attitude is terrible. Ten employees sitting around doing nothing. Don't have a carb kit to refurbish a basic Suzuki carb -- "they only sell the parts by piece" -- then wanted $4500 to replace the carb, when it's about $2000 (Mikuni 22 mm) anywhere on the internet. Would never buy another Suzuki in Merida.
Really unbelievable that Suzuki continues to let these guys destroy Suzuki's reputation in Merida
