★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy buena atención y cuidado del vehículo, sólo es una pena que las instalaciones empiecen a mostrar deterioro por el tiempo y que no le den el mantenimiento a las mismas, losetas del piso que se están despegando, ventanales sucios y con telarañas, empañan la excelente percepción del trabajo que realiza el personal de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi unidad al servicio de los 10,000km, el pasado 2-04-22 con cita previa, llegué en tiempo y forma, me entregaron mi unidad 40 minutos más tarde de lo acordado, lo lavaron pésimo el motor todo escurrido igual que los vidrios y los rines sucios, le comenté a la persona que te recibe y entrega la unidad y me dijo que estaban muy saturados, yo no entiendo entonces para que sacas cita sino la respentan y hacen lo que se les da la gana.estas pagando por el servicio no te están haciendo un favor!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente cuenta con un desinterés enorme, muy pocas veces logran atender llamadas. Nos a tocado ver que el teléfono lo dejan sonar sin más, prometen llamarte de vuelta para informar sobre tus pedidos y aparte de no hacerlo, como ya mencione antes, tampoco responde las llamadas.
