★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el servicio de ventas son muy ágiles, pero si mandan a reparar su carro están tardando 1 semana en solo analizar los daños del auto y 2 meses en repararlo, ya que "tardan mucho en llegar las piezas". No sé si sea problema de Suzuki o simplemente en esta agencia son pésimos para el seguimiento del cliente. Cabe mencionar que está muy raro que te exijan servicio a los primeros 3 meses de nuevo el vehículo para respetar la garantía.
 For the sales service they are very agile, but if they send their car to be repaired, it takes 1 week just to analyze the damage to the car and 2 months to repair it, since "the parts take a long time to arrive." I don't know if it's Suzuki's problem or simply in this agency they are lousy at customer follow-up. It is worth mentioning that it is very rare that they require you to service the vehicle again in the first 3 months to respect the guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como servicio de ventas es bueno. El personal es amable y atento el lugar está limpio y tienen varios autos para enseñar. Como servicio técnico es un poco informal ya que a veces te dan una fecha y hora de entrega y se atrasan. En general bien sin ningún extra. No hay servicio de hojalateria y pintura, lo llevan a otro taller.
As a sales service it is good. The staff is friendly and attentive the place is clean and they have several cars to show you. As a technical service it is a bit informal since sometimes they give you a delivery date and time and they are late. Overall fine without any extras. There is no body repair and painting service, they take it to another workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, pésima atención, falta de seguimiento, sin ganas de vender. Fatal desde los vendedores hasta el personal de finanzas, prepotentes, groseros, realmente parece que están haciendo un favor. Hay quejas desde hace más de 5 años pero por lo visto han hecho caso omiso lo que representa pérdida de clientes.
The worst service, lousy attention, lack of follow-up, no desire to sell. Terrible from the vendors to the finance staff, arrogant, rude, it really seems like they are doing you a favor. There have been complaints for more than 5 years but apparently they have ignored what represents loss of customers.
