★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de salir de la agencia, vine a ver un par de modelos que me interesaban y que nunca he visto físicamente. Al entrar me dicen que tienen una pero que no puedo subirme, solo verla por fuera!! Cómo puedo decidir si es el tipo de coche que busco si no es posible al menos sentarme en el asiento del conductor y evaluar la comodidad, espacio etc.. Pésimas políticas de la agencia.

Upon entering they tell me they have one but I can't get on, just see it from the outside! How can I decide if it is the type of car I am looking for if it is not possible at least to sit in the driver's seat and evaluate the comfort, space, etc. Terrible agency policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, lleve mi camioneta al servicio y el chico que me atendió (David) súper atento, me contestó todas mis preguntas, me atendieron a la hora de mi cita y ya tenían mi camioneta a la hora que me comentaron, durante el proceso, me mandaron un correo y una liga por sms dónde venía el reporte del estado de mi camioneta, y lo que le cambiaron, te mandan foto o video para que veas que es lo que le están haciendo, y si te dicen que necesita cambio de algo te mandan foto del porque, les recomiendo ir a esta sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena experiencia. Me recibieron de inmediato mi coche, tomaron fotos y video y me explicaron el servicio que me convenía. Dejé mi coche 2pm y dijeron que lo recogiera a las 5pm del mismo día. Me llegó un mail con la información (servicios urgentes, sugeridos y ok) y fotos, sólo no pude ver las fotos, no sé si sea un tema de la red o de su sitio web. Fueron muy puntuales para entregármelo, sólo la fila para pagar en caja fue un poco lenta. Al recibirlo me explicaron lo que se le había hecho y me dejaron a la vista el empaque del filtro de aire nuevo.
