Terrible buying experience, more than 6 months for the delivery of the unit, practically zero monitoring of the sales process by the seller, I thought I had been unlucky and had gotten a bad sales agent but the nightmare with the area continued maintenance, first service, they delivered the car later than indicated and without washing why according to that they had several covid infections and were short of staff, second service, practically impossible to schedule the appointment, first call they left me waiting longer than the bank , about 20 minutes and in the end no one answered me, second attempt, I had already been waiting for more than 5 minutes on the call, I better choose to schedule the service at another agency (Cam Car - Vallarta) although it is further away, it was totally different experience, they didn't take 2 minutes to assist me and schedule the appointment.
