En mi caso, tardaron más de 2 meses reteniendo mi anticipo por qué no tenían unidades para entrega y el patético argentino cuya oficina apesta a cigarro simplemente no le interesa resolver. Cuando facturaron la unidad, me la entregaron 25 días después, lapso que el seguro me cobro y que no devengue pues la unidad aún no la entregaban. Tuve el desacierto de comprar una ertiga, bajo ningún motivo me atrevería a recomendarla. No tienen piezas para reparaciones mayores. Carecen de servicio post venta, literal y figurativamente es como si no existieran, no contestan correos ni resuelven las desavenencias provocadas por su mal servicio, venden y se olvidan de ti como cliente. No pierdan su tiempo.
Don't risk it! In my case, they took more than 2 months withholding my advance because they did not have units for delivery and the pathetic Argentine whose office stinks of cigarettes is simply not interested in solving. When they billed the unit, they delivered it to me 25 days later, a period that the insurance charged me and that does not accrue because the unit has not yet been delivered. I had the mistake of buying an ertiga, under no circumstances would I dare to recommend it. They do not have parts for major repairs. They lack after-sales service, literally and figuratively it is as if they did not exist, they do not answer emails or resolve the disagreements caused by their bad service, they sell and forget about you as a customer. Don't waste your time.
