Acudí a darle el mantenimiento de 40,000km a mi auto y bueno. Al terminar el asesor se dispuso a enseñarme el aceite y sorpresa, aún un poco sucio.
Realmente es desagradable pagar los 3mil pesos del servicio por algo que no hacen.
Metí mi reclamo al corporativo de Suzuki México.
Lo único que me ofrecieron fue un cambio de aceite presencial.
Aunque me criticaron por haberlo subido a las redes y defendieron a la agencia, pues al final me fui contento con la razón.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el segundo servicio al que tengo que asistir y por lo menos la atención en recepción y entrega del auto no ha sido de mi agrado. Ni revisan bien el auto al entrar, mucho menos al salí. Si hay error en facturación asumen que el cliente no preguntará nada y pagara el sobre costo. Por suerte no he tenido ninguna falla mayor o garantía fuerte que reclamar, espero siga así por ser una unidad nueva.
It is the second service that I have to attend and at least the attention in reception and delivery of the car has not been to my liking. They don't even check the car well when entering, much less when leaving. If there is an error in billing, they assume that the client will not ask anything and will pay the extra cost. Luckily I have not had any major failure or strong guarantee to claim, I hope it continues like this because it is a new unit.
