★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan en ext de refacciones. Después de varios intentos para hablar con operadora por fin contestaron y transfieren a refacciones pero nunca contestaron en ese depto. Operadora solicitó que dejara datos para que me contactaran pero evidentemente no lo hicieron después de varios dias. Si vuelves a marcar directo a ext es lo mismo. Pésimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi auto para cambiarle una manguera del anticongelante unicamente y me dijeron que se le tenía que cambiar el tapón y otras cosas,del mismo sistema, accedi pensando que quedaría perfectamente, pero cuando rodé el auto olía a anticongelante, fui varias veces y siempre me lo dejaron igual, diciendo que es lo que se había caído, sin embargo hasta la fecha sigue igual,. Por otro lado me lo entregaron con golpes en la defensa delantera, fue un desastre y un robo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pésimo servicio me entregaron mi carro con aceite en la tapa de los inyectores mal lavado y unicamente le cambiaron el aceite y el filtro un asistente del servicio me dijo que no se podía quitar el aceite por que por la manguera tenían mucha presión y podía dañar la computadora le comenté al que me recibió el carro y le comenté que no me había gustado el servio y lo volvieron a meter a lavar el motor y quedando con menos aceite en el tapa de inyectores . En fin así lo recibí es muy importe que revisen sus carros al salir de servicio y no hay tabla de servicios y el costo del servicio baleno

Pierdes el tiempo, ni modo a aguantarse, al parecer no hay jefes no supervisores, el día que fui estaban escarbando la entrada y que creen, mi ertiga la usaron para cargar cemento o cal porque me la entregaron llena de polvo, no tuvieron la decencia de aspirar la cuando menos, tengan cuidado, no es de fiar ya que me cambiaron el portaplacas de agencia, por una de Tlalpan, que poca ma...., La policía una señora medio morena casi me corrió de la agencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me lleve de mis peores experiencias en trato al momento de llevar mi auto al primer servicio después de haberlo comprado en la agencia del pedregal, al grado que me cambiaron los portaplacas de la agencia donde lo compré, solo porque a la persona que me atendió se le ocurrió hacerlo. Además de ser déspota en el trato, desde decirme que el precio en pagina oficial no incluye el lavado de la unidad, y que lo haría por cortesia, cosa que cualquieta que haya lleve su coche a cualquier servicio el lavado de auto está incluido. Pedí la cita de las 7 am para poder llevarme el carro entre 10 y 11 y me indicó que hasta las 12 estaría. Asi con cada detalle al final me lo entregaron y al momento de la revisión y decir que estaba mal lavado me contestó el asesor que me quejara cuando me llamen a preguntar como fue mi experiencia. Pero lo peor es llegar a casa y ver que tu portaplacas es otro y que llames a la agencia y el gerente justifique diciendo seguramente estaban rotos, cuando junto con el asesor de servicio se revisó el coche antes de dejarlo y checar que el coche estaba sin 1 rasguño porque esta prácticamente nuevo.
