★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vendedor Carlos Zaldivar de autos nuevos es una persona prepotente y mentirosa, te engaña solicitándote el apartado del vehículo de tu interés, cuando el mismo ya sabía que no contaba con una fecha aproximada de entrega, sin embargo refirió que sino llegaba el vehículo en el tiempo acordado, devolvería en aproximadamente unos 5 o 10 días el dinero del apartado, al solicitar el reembolso del apartado salió con que se tardaría de 20 a 30 días en realizar dicho reintegro del dinero, con el que se aparto vehículo.
Tengan mucho cuidado con ese tipo, independiente de que se pone muy grosero y altanero, ya no te responde WhatsApp ni llamadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a ver un auto con mi hija y mi hijo, pero la vendedora o la persona que nos atendió como prepotente te contestaba lo que le preguntabas pero no sé... Cómo de malas así como apresurandonos, como si tuviera mucha prisa por dejar de atendernos, explico lo que preguntamos pero con tanta prisa que nos quedamos igual mis hijos y yo... Jajaja muy mala vendedora, mejor mi hija se decidió a comprar un auto de otra marca por la misma mala atención de la vendedora... Disque según no tenían los costos actualizados ni las tasas o algo así justifico... Les digo que ninguno le entendimos... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a hacer el servicio de tu coche aquí, se tardan un buen en recibirtelo y entregartelo, a pesar de que llegues puntual a la cita. Van varias veces que tengo que llamar por teléfono para que vaya alguien a recibirme el coche en el área de servicio porque a veces no hay nadie. Antes eran más amables pero estas últimas dos veces que he ido me han tratado como si fuera al taller mecánico de la cuadra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra de refacciones, me dijo el vendedor que el pedido llegaría una semana, porque lo tenían que surtir, pero que ellos me llamarían. Nadie me llamó, yo he hecho tres llamadas, y en la tercera quien me atiende me dice que está en backorder y tardará dos meses. Es un engaño, si me hubieran dicho eso al momento de la compra, por supuesto que no lo hubiera solicitado ahí. Luego para la devolución, me solicitan presentarme y además llevar documentos como si fuera a pedir pasaporte. UN ENGAÑO EN REFACCIONES!!!
