Desde el momento en el que realizas la cita te hacen creer que el tiempo es muy importante para ellos. Llegamos a tiempo y nos tuvieron esperando una hora. Te ponen un video de testimonios súper forzado e incluso videos que no tienen nada que ver con la empresa o la caída del cabello. Una vez que comienzan a tomar los datos te hacen sentir que estás muy mal aun sin conocer la razón por la cual estás ahí.
Una hora después al fin nos pasan a consultorio en donde te recibe una persona (que no tiene un título de dermatologx) que solo sigue una encuesta para ver si eres “candidato” a sus tratamientos. Svenson vende a través del miedo, causando inseguridad a sus pacientes, no hay una sola parte en el proceso en donde se centran en el paciente, lo único que les importa es vender sus productos.
Definitivamente NO recomendaría a Svenson, si tienen un problema relacionado al cabello mejor acudir a un dermatólogx.
Horrible experience.
From the moment you make the appointment they make you believe that time is very important to them. We arrived on time and they kept us waiting for an hour. They put you a video of super forced testimonials and even videos that have nothing to do with the company or hair loss. Once they start taking the data they make you feel that you are very bad even without knowing the reason why you are there.
An hour later we are finally taken to the office where you are received by a person (who does not have a dermatology degree) who only follows a survey to see if you are a "candidate" for their treatments. Svenson sells through fear, causing insecurity to their patients, there is not a single part of the process where they focus on the patient, the only thing that matters to them is selling their products.
I would definitely NOT recommend Svenson, if you have a problem related to hair, it is better to go to a dermatologist.

Me sentia nerviosa al intertar algo nuevo, pero desde la primera vez que visite Svenson, note el profesionalismo de las personas que trabajan en este lugar.
El resibir una esperanza a mi problema por parte de los expertos me reconforto mucho.
Una vez comenzados los tratamientos me he sentido con nuevos ánimos y esperanzas a mi caida de cabello.
Para ser pocos días lo que llevo con el tratamiento empiezo a notar algunos cambios; estos cambios también necesitan de nuestra constancia como pacientes en hacer el tratamiento y de poder acudir a nuestras citas en la clínica
Las personas que trabajan en este lugar son muy amables, atentas y sobre todo muy profesionales.

En cuanto llego me pasan de inmediato, no espero ni 2 minutos en la sala para que me pasen. El servicio de la especialista es excelente, te explica paso a paso el proceso de tu tratamiento y siempre está monitoreando tu avance. Si he visto un enorme cambio de como llegué a como voy en mi tratamiento, ha cumplido con mis espectativas. Llegué con un caso grave y me han sacado adelante, los resultados son visibles si se sigue el tratamiento al pie de la letra y si se es constante. Antes de llegar busque muchas opciones ya que desgraciadamente como mujer es difícil encontrar centros capilares que te atiendan ya que la mayoría se enfocan en únicamente hombres, esta definitivamente fue una excelente opción. Estoy muy contenta con el servicio y los resultados, definitivamente lo recomiendo al 100

En cuanto al tiempo de espera son tolerantes ya que si avisas con tiempo te esperan para no perder la cita o te dan la posibilidad de reagendar.

La mejoría es clara y otros especialistas en el cabello han notado exageradamente la diferencia (cabello grueso y brilloso, menos perdida y recuperación rápida). El personal es muy amable, honesta y bastante detallista a la hora de buscar la mejoría y cuidado en el cuero cabelludo. A parte de todo aprendes bastante como para que tú te cuides el cabello al terminar las sesiones.
