Excelente elección para recuperación postoperatoria

Mi recuperacion post operatoria fue en este lugar, y quede realmente sorprendido con todos los servicios, y las atenciones del personal. Me senti muy comodo y a gusto durante mi estadia. Definitivamente volveria a elegir este lugar.

The personel was nice, but the food was blah. I believe for the prices they charge it should have more variety and better quality in food and care. I was told I wouod get massages, 24 hour care by nurses, 3 meals and 2 snacks. Ans not even one snack was given in the 2 weeks I was there. The night nurse was always either on her phone or asleep. The place is falling apart, doors with dorknobs falling off, toilets that have handles that don't flush, showers with bad water pressure( basically drip inatead of pouring water) The communication between staff was bad. We all had to basically tell each caregiver what we needed each time they changed shifts. The only thing I enjoyed was the cleaning lady, she was.always on top of cleaning and washing our girdles. Thank you Lulu.. Samantha was nice as well but the administration needs to be evaluated..

I stayed at this place for about two week and I loved the staff. Marcela was amazing, she would answer all my questions and doubts I had and helped me through the whole process of my recovery. I was there alone so they made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I’m not really a picky eater so the food was good for me, but if you’re a picky eater just let them know and they’ll work with what you like and what you don’t like, feel comfortable with telling them anything which they will work with your needs. They provided the massages and all the supplies needed which I think it’s very convenient for one. The nurses Leslie and Haydee were amazing! They took great care of me and they were very helpful throughout my whole recovery.
