A disappointing place I was a customer for 5 years I had a customer card every time I shopped I was compensated and it was good publicity. One day as always I bought necklace and ring earrings unfortunately they had changed personnel they never showed the products as was the protocol; show the product before paying and as I was comfortable with the place I did not pay attention to this detail. I remember that the lady who attended was rude, full of tattoos, she did not fit in the chic and fun place, she was very nervous and blunt just thought she had a bad day. I paid and I left uncomfortable. I came home and a ring was scratched as if it were the tester's and I came back to show it and they treated me like it was a lie I asked to speak to the administrator there is none. I asked to see the videos to corroborate that we did not even check the product and they answered it is their fault for which payment they answered me. I left there confused and sad it was a small luxury that gave me to buy there. Never again will the nice thing be that they still call me to invite me to the promotions they carry out As if nothing had happened. I think it is a group of people who cover each other and the brand is the one that loses customers. I WILL NEVER RETURN LACK OF RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND THEIR WORKPLACE. ?
