★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lástima que está tienda tenga tan pésimo servicio para los clientes, hace 3 semanas ofertaron una promoción a meses sin intereses, realice mi compra, la terminal la paso sin intereses a lo que solicité a los empleados revisarán el caso, ellos me respondieron que era cosa de mi banco que lo arreglara directo con Bancomer, llamo al banco al siguiente día hábil me responden que este negocio no tenía habilitada con ellos la promoción, vuelvo a llamar a Swarovski Coapa y olímpicamente de lavan las manos, diciendo nuevamente que fue culpa del Banco y me dejan con el problema de tener que pagar mi compra en un solo pago en lugar de 6 meses, eso no se vale, no es ético ni digno de una marca tan prestigiosa!!!!
Aclaro es en Coapa el problema. Aguas si compras ahí.
What a pity that this store has such a bad service for customers, 3 weeks ago they offered a promotion to months without interest, make my purchase, the terminal went without interest to what I asked the employees to review the case, they replied that it was thing of my bank that fixed it directly with Bancomer, I call the bank the next business day they answer that this business did not have the promotion enabled with them, I call Swarovski Coapa again and they wash their hands Olympicly, saying again that it was the fault of the Bank and leave me with the problem of having to pay my purchase in a single payment instead of 6 months, that is not worth it, it is not ethical or worthy of such a prestigious brand !!!!
Clarification is in Coapa the problem. Waters if you buy there.
