★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, alarmas de muy mala calidad, no duró ni tres meses mi alarma y cuando pedimos el servicio de mantenimiento no contestan; el señor Ricardo llega a presentarse hasta con otros nombres distintos. Tengan cuidado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa que no cumple con lo que te ofrece. No terminan su trabajo. La alarma que nos vendieron era armada y ya no vinieron a configurar los controles. Una vez que pagas ya no te responden si tienes inconvenientes. Siempre te contesta una señora grande que siempre niega a los responsables. Además es poco amable. Te cuelga el teléfono cuando se ve acorralada y ya no te contesta cuando le vuelves a marcar.
No te dan garantía por escrito. Y con esto luego te niegan la revisión del equipo.
Les siguieron no comprar con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, nos instalaron más de 10 alarmas en la colonia y funcionan muy bien, gracias a ello ahora los vecinos estamos mejor organizados. Cabe mencionar que al finalizar la instalación nos dieron consejos de como organizarnos entre vecinos.
