Llevo 5 días intentando comunicarme pues estoy interesado en adquirir alguno de sus productos y simplemente ignoran la llamada.
Creo que el atender de forma física o remota a algún cliente forma parte de su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo venden un moon swatch por persona aunque no es política de la empresa el gerente y los vendedores ni siquiera se ponen de acuerdo primero te dicen que hay y después que están agotados y de manera mamona !!! Lamentable que una empresa como swatch sea representada por empleados asi !!!
They only sell one moon swatch per person, although it is not company policy, the manager and the vendors do not even agree, first they tell you that there is and then that they are sold out and in a sucky way! It's unfortunate that a company like swatch is represented by employees like that!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, he sido un cliente desde que tengo 15 años de edad, en esta sucursal fue muy cuestionada la venta de el reloj que hicieron con colaboración de Omega, el personal estuvo coluido en corrupción, pues mandarina conocidos y familiares a comprar los relojes y después ofrecerlos en Internet a un costo más elevado, nunca contestan el teléfono, no hay una buena atención, pero ni hablar se rompió una cadena de buena atención y honestidad como dicen ser los sistemas y empresas Suizas, en México no han logrado estándarla, ni una compra más a SAWTCH PERISUR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, quiero información de un producto y su contestación desinteresada del tipo fue “no lo sé, solo mi supervisor sabe yo no sé nada” sin querer atenderme simplemente me fui molesto. Que asco de personal, ¿si no les gusta trabajar ahí que hacen ahí? Si no tienes la información pregunta a tu supervisor simplemente.
