Con respecto al servicio, yo llevé a reparar un reloj LONGINES que tenía una falla mínima y, según ellos, para reparar esta falla debían cobrarme $9,700.00 pesos y que, la única manera como el cliente puede gastar menos y así tener la empresa menos problemas, es cambiando físicamente una máquina nueva. Entonces y finalmente, por una reparación que era mínima voy a tener que esperar más de un mes a que, desde Suiza manden una máquina nueva, por la cual me van a cobrar $5,500.00. pesos, lo cual lo considero un exceso, cuando la máquina podía tener reparación. Según ellos, esta forma de manejarse es una política interna que tiene la propia empresa, para evitar que, "el cliente "gaste más" y que "ellos tengan menos problemas" con las garantías de las reparaciones. Una cosa es un hecho: Nunca vuelvo a comprar un reloj tan caro, pues todo imaginé, menos que un reloj LONGINES me diera los problemas que me está dando este; cuando tengo relojes de funcionamiento mecánico automático de marca SEIKO, CITIZEN y ORIENT, los cuales tienen entre 15 y hasta más de 43 años funcionando perfectamente, desde el primer día. Por supuesto, el más antiguo es un reloj ORIENT heredado, el cual funciona a la perfección desde hace 43 años.
