Me encantan todas las opciones que tienen para personas en keto. Finalmente no tuve que extrañar todo lo rico. La atención super bonita, me ayudaron con recomendaciones y super serviciales con todas las preguntas. Gracias por existir.

Me encanta la decoración del restaurante, el área es bonita y aunque no haya mucho estacionamiento a la vuelta hay parquímetro, amo los chilaquiles proteicos y la cocinita estuvo excelente!

Super buena la atención y muy rápido el servicio. El lugar agradable y la comida está rica. Es algo costoso pero tampoco excesivo. En general muy bueno además de tener muchas opciones para tipos especiales de dietas.

Está muy bonito el lugar y las opciones que tienen en el menú son muy variadas. Cuentan con desayunos, comidas, hacen smoothies, aguas frescas también, etc. De lo que probé, lo que más me gustó fue la tostada de atún spicy, esa la recomiendo mucho, sobre todo a los que les gusta el atún fresco.

After experiencing several sweet&fit branches, my partner and I have our favourite dishes. However, the experience that we had at this sweet and fit has now resulted in the loss of two customers. We came to have brunch, ordered a vegan bowl (I asked for a replacement of avocado in place of Tofu), vegan rolls and my partner matcha waffles. Firstly, it took an extremely long time to be served our food, customers who came in after us were served before us. The waiter did tell us that the kitchen had one cook and our food may still take a while. Our food came out and my partner's waffles were burnt and dry. She was extremely upset and decided to not eat the overcooked waffles that are usually a soft, spongy green- and sent it back to the kitchen. The waiter asked for replacement but disappointment was so big my partner did not want anything else. My salad bowl was ok with the avocado instead of tofu. When we asked for the bill we were extremely shocked and flabbergasted to find that the waffles had still been charged despite not eating them and my avocado replacement charged as extra... The waiter said that management told him to still charge the waffles. I told the waiter I then wanted to speak to the management as we were not going to pay for something that was burnt, not up to the usual standard and actually did not eat. Apparently, the employees had to call the boss to ask again if it was okay not to charge for the burnt waffles!!!! This is the most shocking response we've received at this franchise and after this situation, we will not be spending our money with this company ever again. In the past, we have actually experienced receiving burnt inedible waffles in the Chapalita branch and they were unquestionably taken off the bill. Additionally, the management was extremely apologetic about the poor experience we had there and assured us in future that they would do their best. However, this S&F branch in colonia americana left us speechless at the attempt to charge us for uneaten food. The only positive note was the waiter that was understanding and polite throughout.
