★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, no me informaron que ciertas prestaciones de la cuna se iban a ver afectadas, tomaron decisiones sin consultar, prometen cosas que no cumplen para engancharte y luego no las asientan en el contrato, pera vender te bajan el sol la luna y las estrellas y ya después se deslindan como pueden... ojo con ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una cuna con ellos en Expo bebe. Según el contacto la iban entregar en 3 semanas. Tardaron 2 meses ! Y JAMAS ENTREGARON COMPLETA! Falto cambiador y baúl para juguete . No los recomiendo para nada. Muy mala experienci .
I bought a crib with them at Expo baby. According to the contact they were going to deliver it in 3 weeks. It took 2 months! AND NEVER DELIVERED COMPLETE! Missing changing table and trunk for toy. I do not recommend them at all. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré la cuna en expo tu bebé, dijeron que entregaban al mes y es verdad tardaron 2 meses, podrían dar mejor seguimiento al cliente, la que los buscaba para saber el status era yo. El día que me entregaron llegaron después de las 6pm y los señores fueron muy amables, los muebles llegaron perfectos y completos. Ellos mismos llevan todo hasta la habitación y la arman. Deben mejorar el servicio pero estoy contenta con el resultado.
I bought the crib at your baby's expo, they said they delivered a month and it really took 2 months, they could give better follow-up to the client, the one who was looking for them to know the status was me. The day they delivered me they arrived after 6pm and the gentlemen were very friendly, the furniture arrived perfect and complete. They themselves take everything to the room and assemble it. They should improve the service but I am happy with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, compré la cuna en expo bebé la pedí para 2 meses después para que no salieran con nada, la entrega era para el 22 de abril, estamos a 9 de mayo y aún me llega, el viernes me dijeron que me la traían seguro el día lunes 9 de mayo, esta mañana mandé mensaje para que me confirmarán, me confirmaron que si llevaba hoy de 4 a 8 pero que querían ya el pago liquidado, por qué si son buenos para cobrar, el pago se los hice de inmediato y me marcan diciendo que se atrasaron en los pedidos y que me la traen el día miércoles 11 de mayo de 4 a 8 por qué el día de las madres no trabajan, yo tengo que trabajar de 5 a 2 de la mañana y pedí el día, ese día nadie me lo paga y el tiempo perdido tampoco, el jueves programaron a mi esposa para cesaría y si me la traen el miércoles voy a estar con las prisas por qué no hemos esconbrado cosas del bebé que nos faltan ya que nos hace falta la cuna, el miércoles si se les ocurre traerla hasta las 8 voy a estar a las prisas por qué el jueves tenemos que estar en el hospital a las 9 de la mañana. Si pueden denunciar a la PROFECO háganlo.

If you can denounce PROFECO, do so.
