Kerri is an incredible aerial teacher, the food was absolutely amazing, and the community and space that Kerri helps create is unforgettable. I can't wait to do another program on the farm!!

Not only did I learn how to manage Ariel math and exploration, but I learned about what muscles to use and how to engage them. we also spent a significant amount of time learning how to use our bodies artistically through dance and the importance of proper strength and flexibility. Kerri is an incredible teacher. I plan on attending regular retreats.

The aerial training led by Kerri was very well structured ,very varied (technique and artestry) and, above all, it was incredibly fun and I made a lot of progress. Kerri is the best aerial teacher I have ever had! The location and the food (very healthy and varied) were also perfect. Can't wait to get back to Kerri and Stu's farm!

I was there for an advanced aerial silks retreat and the material we went through was super helpful for my understanding of silks theory. We even got a sneak preview of the new space they are creating and moving into- and it is going to be magnificent! I definitely want to return!

I have never learned aerial silks in such a technical, digestible, applicable yet artistic, creative and vulnerable way. Coupled with the heavenly location, and gorgeous, healthy food from Stu & team, I'd highly recommend this retreat to any aerialist looking to be inspired and elevate their way of training. The agenda was perfectly planned and flowed so well - giving enough space for relaxation, connection, learning, exploring, and reflecting. I look forward to learning from Kerri again in the future ...and to stuff my face with her amazing peanut butter balls!

The teaching quality and attentiveness to the needs and goals of each student’s aerial practice is excellent, and will definitely continue to impact and improve my aerial journey going forward. But what makes it really special is the people and the atmosphere of support and inspiration created by both staff and participants. I look forward to coming back one day to see Kerri and Stu’s new farm space vision come to life! (Also the food, oh my god, so good).
