Las regaderas siempre tienen agua caliente listas para usarse, aunque a veces en horas muy concurridas no se dan a basto para todxs los usuarios. El gimnasio tiene variedad de aparatos sin embargo no siempre cuenta con instructor para hacer uso correcto y funcional de los mismos. Durante el verano hay cursos para los niños durante el horario matutino, lo cual no es tan cómodo para los miembros del club ya que ocupan gran espacio de las instalaciones y en ocasiones existen pérdidas de objetos y mucho ruido. The gym has a variety of equipment, however it does not always have an instructor to make correct and functional use of them. During the summer there are courses for children during the morning hours, which is not so comfortable for club members since they occupy a large space in the facilities and sometimes there are lost objects and a lot of noise.

En 7 años que llevo en esta escuela siempre hemos estado a gusto, 100% recomendable. Excellent service, ample parking, experienced teachers, facilities and very clean pools, costs are affordable, hours are super comfortable and flexible. In the 7 years that I have been in this school we have always been at ease, 100% recommended.

Después de llenar un formulario y tenerme esperando durante media hora me dijeron que no tenían la modalidad de sólo pagar por una visita sino que para eso tenía que pagar la inscripción. Si me lo hubieran dicho en un inicio, no habría perdido tiempo. Además de que es contradictorio que tengan pases de cortesía pero no puedas pagar por una visita. I was in town and just wanted to pay a visit. After filling out a form and keeping me waiting for half an hour, they told me that they did not have the option of only paying for a visit but that for that I had to pay the registration. If they had told me in the beginning, I would not have wasted time. Besides that it is contradictory that they have courtesy passes but you cannot pay for a visit.

Los maestros tienen instrucciones de retener a los alumnos en su aprendizaje de modo que se paguen y paguen mensualidades sin avanzar como se debería para aprender a nadar pronto. Ojo, si lo que quieres es que tus hijos o tú aprendan a nadar pronto, esta NO es la opción. Es una lástima, pues la escuela está bien por el precio que cobran.
