Operaron a mi gata y ni siquiera una buena sutura pudieron realizarle, dejaron hilos sueltos y cuando la recogi un punto estaba cortado (la cirugia fue un dia antes). Aparte costoso. Very bad service, bad diagnosis, apart from that they want to fool us as if we did not know. Y sólo por eso no la atendieron, la tuvieron ahí agonizando. Fue gracias al señor que la llevó, que supimos, porque el si tuvo la suficiente inteligencia para publicar sobre ella (mi gatita) porque a la veterinaria no se le ocurrió... Y por eso fuimos por ella. No querían darnosla porque, por alguna razón es delito que te den un gato, que por cierto ya estaba muerta... Y a pesar de que no hicieron nada por ella, nos cobraron 900 pesos... ¿Por qué? Por tenerla ahí en una esquina? Llegó viva! Y no hicieron nada. Todavía te tratan mal como si hubieran hecho algo o gastado medicamentos ?. Llego a las 8 pm del día 25 y murió a las 7 am del siguiente día. Por favor, no lleven ahí a sus mascotas. No quiero que otro inocente muera por negligencia. Gracias doctor Jaime y gracias a Swiss Hospital por salvar a nuestra gatita.
