★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención telefónica brindada por el área de resultados es pésima no pueden resolver nada y te obligan a volver a acudir a sucursal cuando el error es de ellos.
 The telephone service provided by the results area is terrible, they cannot solve anything and they force you to go back to the branch when the error is theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y coordinación con Vivaaerobus para prueba de antígenos Covid19, anuncian que tienen los resultados en 30 minutos y al llegar a la sucursal te dicen que pueden tardar mas de 2 días los resultados.
Terrible service and coordination with Vivaaerobus for the Covid19 antigen test, they announce that they have the results in 30 minutes and when they arrive at the branch they tell you that the results may take more than 2 days.

Rápida y PCR. Eso fue a las 11:16am y apenas a las 3:15 PM. Pude consulte los resultados porque no llegaban al correo que dejos. FRAUDE LA PRUEBA RAPIDA, MEJOR VAYNA A FARMACIAS DEL AHORRO O DR. SIMI O CUALQUIER OTRO LABORATORIO.
EN SWISS LAB VAN A MALGASTAR SU TIEMPO Y DINERO.
I took my daughter for covid tests
Fast and PCR. That was at 11:16 AM and just 3:15 PM. I was able to check the results because they did not reach the mail that I left. FRAUD THE QUICK TEST, BETTER GO TO SAVINGS PHARMACIES OR DR. SIMI OR ANY OTHER LABORATORY.
SWISS LAB WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me fue bien con la cita que agendé por call center de vivaaerobus para la prueba de antígenos. Llegué 10 minutos antes de mi horario para pagar y justo a la hora de la cita me pasaron. A los 30min llegaron mis resultados por email. Lo único que si quieres saber precios para exámenes de otras cosas tienes que llamar forzosamente al call center, de momento todo se agenda. Así que comento esto para que no se den la vuelta de a gratis para preguntar precios, hay que llamar.
