★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca me mandaron mis resultados de mi prueba PCR, me costo mas de 3 mil pesos y como eran para un viaje a Europa tuve que pagar adicional 6 mil pesos en EUA para poder tener unos resultados urgentes.
They never sent me my results of my PCR test, it cost me more than 3 thousand pesos and since they were for a trip to Europe I had to pay an additional 6 thousand pesos in the US to get urgent results.

1. Batallaron oara encontrarme la vena y la gerenga ya adentro tuvo que hablarle a la compañera que lo hiciera
2. De las 4 muestras que tomaron, al final solo me dieron 2 resultados y no sacaron las 2 pruebas mas, que se extraviaron las tomas ?
3. Tengo mas de 20 dias con un numero de folio para el reembolso de mi dinero de las pruebas que no se hicieron y no me han dado respuesta.
Sigo en espera con llamadas en espera de mas de 20min y llamadas completas de 50min.
PESIMO SERVICIO
I went to do some tests and they took 4 samples,
1. They struggled to find my vein and the manager, already inside, had to talk to the partner to do it
2. Of the 4 samples they took, in the end they only gave me 2 results and they did not take the 2 more tests, because the shots were lost ?
3. I have more than 20 days with a folio number for the reimbursement of my money for the tests that were not done and they have not given me an answer.
I'm still on hold with calls on hold of more than 20min and complete calls of 50min.

Medidas anti covid bien aplicadas. Muy buena la atención del personal. Precios competitivos.
Definitivamente regreso para próximos estudios.
