★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos ido ya 3 veces para hacer PCR por motivo de viaje y siempre nos han atendido muy correctamente, no hemos tenido que esperar y los resultados han llegado en el tiempo estipulado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me fui a hacer una prueba de curva de tolerancia a la glucosa. La enfermera/secretaria no cobró lo que estaba en la receta, así que me tuvieron que hacer la prueba dos veces (involucra 4 tomas de sangre cada prueba). No solo no aceptó su error la enfermera, pero ni se disculpó por someterme a la incomodidad de nuevo, fue muy poco profesional. Los empleados deben checar dos veces que se estén llevando a cabo las pruebas necesarias, y los pacientes asegúrense de que les estén cobrando los estudios solicitados.
I went to do a glucose tolerance curve test. The nurse / secretary did not charge what was on the prescription, so I had to be tested twice (it involves 4 blood draws each test). Not only did the nurse not accept her mistake, but she did not apologize for putting me through the discomfort again, it was very unprofessional. Employees should double-check that the necessary tests are being carried out, and patients make sure they are being charged for the studies requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Me hicieron esperar y cuando entré no tenían todos los reactivos para mis estudios, usaron mal un tubo para uno de los exámenes y tuve que ir otra vez para que me tomaran las muestras que faltaban. Te dan una fecha para entregar los resultados y no la cumplen.
Terrible service! They made me wait and when I came in they didn't have all the reagents for my studies, they misused a tube for one of the tests and I had to go again to have the missing samples taken. They give you a date to deliver the results and they don't meet it.
