Acudi 7:30 todo en orden con cuidados por la situación actual aceptables (tapetes,sanitizantes, todo muy limpio). En cuanto entre me comentaron tomar un turno y sin problem había solo 2 personas antes que yo. En mi caso yo ya llevaba cotizacion porque lo solicite via whatsapp asi que para los datos solo di mi folio y listo, me tomo como 15-20 min.

Muy formales. El trato del personal clínico me pareció bastante frío y distante. La calidad del servicio telefónico me ha parecido muy poco eficiente: largos tiempos de espera y en momentos no se escucha nada por lo que no se sabe si hubo una falla o en realidad alguien te atenderá. En general me parece que ofrecen un buen servicio pero una pésima atención.

El servicio es pésimo. Mi esposa llamó 2 días antes al call center para pedir cotización sin embargo no tenían sistema y no le podían dar el folio para amparar dicha cotización, pero le dijeron que por los estudios el ayuno debía ser de 12 horas. Vuelve mi esposa a llamar un día antes de las tomas, le dan la cotización le dan el folio y le vuelven a decir que el ayuno es de 12 horas. El día que nos presentamos para las tomas nos dicen en la sucursal que la cotización está equivocada y que me tienen que cobrar lo correcto, casi $500 más de lo que me había cotizado call center y sin más me dicen que si quiero el servicio tengo que pagar lo que ellos me dicen porque el call center se equivocó, les digo que el problema es entre ellos y no mío y sin embargo no consigo que respeten lo cotizado. Pido hablar con el encargado que se presenta como Víctor Díaz y simplemente no resuelve nada, se limita a decir que me debo arreglar con call center y que no es problema de ellos como sucursal. Una lástima que inviertes tiempo para conseguir una cotización y al llegar te dan otro precio “porque call center se equivocó “. Y además, en sucursal me dicen que el ayuno debió ser de máximo 10 horas y no 12 como nos dijo call center 2 veces. Pésima atención al cliente y una pena que no sean capaces de resolver nada.

Las veces que he acudido a solicitar un servicio fui bien atendido por el personal de recepción, hay estudios que requieren que haya un especialista en esos estudios hay que sacar cita previamente, solo un poco lento el proceso pero creo que es normal por que tienen que llenar papelería, las instalaciones están de primero calidad así como los equipos con los que trabajando todos se ven bastante modernos, mantienen muy limpio el lugar, creo que si requiero mas servicios de laboratorios seguiría yendo a este lugar, ademas que esta cerca de mi casa, en la entrada si toman temperatura y proporcionar alcohol para las manos

Muy mal... me cobraron un paquete de Mastografia y eco de mama, pero me dijeron que no podian tomar la masto por que no habia pasado el tiempo, a pesar de que era indicacion medica, les pedi el reembolso y me dijeron que no, que tenia 12 meses para tomarme el estudio a partir de la compra, ahora que quiero reagendar nadie me contesta ni me dice como hacer valido ese estudio pendiente. No se cual sea su politica pero lo correcto es cancelar la compra y volver a procesarla ya que tampoco me quisieron dar ningun papel que avalara que el estudio quedo pendiente, solo me enseñaban la pantalla y me decian mire aqui aparece pendiente como si eso fuera algo valido. Ellos solo son empleados, muy amables pero pesimas politicas.
