★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, muy lentos, en otros laboratorios si vas a dejar muestra no tienes que esperar a que atiendan a los que van a sacar sangre, cuando ordenar el estudio recogen la muestra que ya llevas con lo que se reducen tiempos, no es posible que tarden más de una hora para recoger una muestra de orina

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general es un buen laboratorio, la recepción no es ágil. Había una persona enferma que difícilmente podía moverse y por estrictas políticas no podía tomar muestra en el auto. Sería bueno que se hicieran algunas exceociones respecto a ello...

Una sola persona recibiendo, tomando muestras y haciendo el cobro de los analisis. Me tomo 1 hora ser atendido, a diferencia de Moreira que en 15 o 20 minutos te atienden.
Los resultados no se pueden consultar por internet. La pagina no se carga de manera correcta. Me comunique por telefono y te transfieren a incidencias donde solo te hacen esperar y no te contestan nunca.
En la opcion 3 de quejas y sugerencias, pasa exactamente lo mismo.
Not recommended.
One person receiving, taking samples and collecting the analysis. It took me 1 hour to be taken care of, unlike Moreira, who in 15 or 20 minutes attend you.
The results can not be consulted online. The page does not load correctly. I communicate by phone and they transfer you to incidents where they only make you wait and they never answer you.
In option 3 of complaints and suggestions, exactly the same happens.
