★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible desorganización que tienen. No envían los resultados que necesito para mi SGMM y nadie sabe por qué no se han enviado. Ya los tienen, nomás es cosa de que lo manden a mi aseguradora, pero no lo hacen y nadie me da razón de cuándo los enviarán. Además, se rehúsan a entregármelos a mi. No pierdan su tiempo con este laboratorio.
 Terrible disorganization that they have. They do not send the results that I need for my SGMM and nobody knows why they have not been sent. They already have them, they just send it to my insurer, but they don't and nobody gives me a reason for when they will send them. Besides, they refuse to hand them over to me. Don't waste your time with this lab.

Vayan a otros laboratorios.
Bad organization, eternal waiting time, and my results are not on time. I cannot contact the branch by phone, just to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor laboratorio aparte de caro , no te mandan los resultados completos , pedí muchos estudios y te van enviando los que les da la gana . Malísimo servicio, vayan a otro lado .
The worst laboratory apart from being expensive , they do not send you the complete results , I asked for many studies and they send you whatever they want . Terrible service, go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un sistema de turnos que no respetan y encima se enojan si les preguntas. Cuando yo fui estaba en la fila un señor con claros síntomas de covid, tosiendo y estornudando entre los otros clientes y nadie le dijo nada.
They have a shift system that they do not respect and on top of that they get angry if you ask them. When I went, a man with clear symptoms of covid was in line, coughing and sneezing among the other customers and no one said anything to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE ATENCIÓN! Fui a análisis preoperatorios entre ellos un ECG. Me hice todos, con mucho dolor y a duras penas caminando. Dos dias después no me le llega el resultado- mi familiar va por ellos por que hablo y después de media hora en espera telefónica, me dicen “pasa a recogerlos” - va mi familiar y le dicen “segura que se los hizo?, no estan” y se tardan mucho...ya al final le dan una hoja y que espere el correo. Además, de una interpretación ERRÓNEA de mi rayo x de tórax donde aparece que fue “removido quirúrgicamente mi glándula mamaria izquierda”????? A que están jugando?? No pongan así en riesgo la salud de la gente!!! FATAL!!! FATAL!!!
TERRIBLE ATTENTION! I went for preoperative tests including an ECG. I did all of them, with a lot of pain and barely walking. Two days later I don't get the result - my family member goes for them because I'm talking and after half an hour waiting on the phone, they tell me "come to pick them up" - my family member goes and they say "you sure you did them?, no they are” and they take a long time…at the end they give him a sheet and he has to wait for the mail. In addition, a WRONG interpretation of my chest x-ray where it appears that it was "surgically removed my left mammary gland"????? What are you playing?? Don't put people's health at risk like this!!! FATAL!!! FATAL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO ES BUENO ESTE LUGAR Desgraciadamente no vi opiniones antes de venir, la verdad mala atención , las cajeras prepotentes como si fueran las dueñas del laboratorio, tristemente celebran 10 años no deberían llegar al 11 con este servicio tan nefasto
