I do not recommend them for any kind of analysis - test. They charge like a top-notch lab, but the customer service phone team is lousy. They just transfer and leave you on the line (for more than 4 times and on average 5-10 min per call). They do not send the results on time and the only way to obtain them is by the same telephone means. To finish, the ladies who answer the phone also behave in a very despotic way. Not worth it.

Yesterday, Monday, July 26, I needed urgent tests, the operator told me that samples were taken until 11:00 a.m., I canceled an appointment I had to go to the laboratory and arrived at 10:35 a.m. and I find that I no longer know They take the samples, at that time only until 10:30 am, they tell me at the branch that the samples have just been taken to them and that I have to return the next day. I complain to the man who attends me that the phone service gave me another schedule and they tell me to call them again and put my complaint there. I call the telephone service again, select the complaint line and expose the problem, because they made me miss an appointment and their lack of seriousness, and they tell me, well that has to be exposed on the complaint line. I'm calling the complaint line !! I tell him. Then he transferred me and they left me waiting for more than 10 minutes. Your service starts from the first call gentlemen! And if this is how you do your laboratory work as you answer the phone, I don't want to go back to you.

After seeing some of the reviews I had my doubts about attending this laboratory, but fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. Schedule without problem by phone for a PCR test the same day 4 hours before, I went to my appointment and they even passed me early. By 8pm I had the results in my email, which was a great relief as I was urged to have them. The staff were very friendly and gave me a clear explanation about the procedure to be carried out. In less than 15 min he had already left. It is also possible to check-in online without any inconvenience.

Terrible from the branch and from the call center they ask you things like if you will work here they give you an appointment when there is not even one; they tell you one hour and it turns out another time they don't give you the complete information and when you arrive they still treat you as if the Fool were your laboratory horror I hope they go bankrupt expensive and useless.
