★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por teléfono , no tiene atención y te dejan esperando en línea a y les preguntas algo no te contesta y te transfieren a muchas áreas y nadie te da respuesta .
 Terrible phone service, it has no attention and they leave you waiting in line and ask them something, they do not answer you and they transfer you to many areas and nobody gives you an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio. Las operadoras no saben decirte nada lo único que hacen es transferirte a otras areas donde NUNCA te responden, he llamado 5 veces y nada, parece que es mejor ir personalmente, que perdida de tiempo.
Disgust of service. The operators do not know how to tell you anything, the only thing they do is transfer you to other areas where they NEVER answer you, I have called 5 times and nothing, it seems that it is better to go personally, than waste of time.

Poor response time compared to Dr Moreira labs, definitely if you are in need of pcr test results this is NOT your option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui en Domingo y me comentan que ya no se reciben muestras luego de las 12 porque a esa hora se las lleva el mensajero. Pues mejor cierren antes del mediodía si dependen del mensajero!
I went on a Sunday and they tell me that samples are no longer received after 12 because at that time the courier takes them. Well, better close before noon if you depend on the messenger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para prueba COVID PCR. Se realizaron dos pruebas el sábado en la mañana, y nos dijeron que en una hora entregaban los resultados ( muy optimistas, pero ellos dijeron) y ya estamos a Martes y AÚN NADA.
Llamamos y dijeron que domingo es día inhábil.
Leyendo los comentarios nos hemos encontrado muchos comentarios asi, NO SE REALIZEN LA PRUEBA AQUI SI QUIEREN UN RESULTADO RÁPIDO.
Terrible service for COVID PCR test. Two tests were carried out on Saturday morning, and they told us that in an hour they would deliver the results (very optimistic, but they said) and it's already Tuesday and STILL NOTHING.
We called and they said that Sunday is a non-working day.
Reading the comments we have found many comments like this, DO NOT TAKE THE TEST HERE IF YOU WANT A QUICK RESULT.
