ME COBRARON DOBLE y nadie da la cara. hice mi reservación a través de la página web del hotel puerto de Luna, el cual me desvió a Sybelio, siguiendo las instrucciones de la página, realicé el pago total de dos habitaciones el 12 de febrero 2019 y llegando al hotel puerto de Luna el día sábado 23 de feb para el check-in, me dice la recepcionista que tenía que pagar para poder ingresar a sus instalaciones, le dije que ya estaba cubierto y me dijo que no, que solo estaba la reservación pero no estaba pagado, que eso solo había sido una retención o apartado y que me sería devuelto en 24 horas..... revisando hoy el estado de cuenta, noté que el pago se abonó a una tarjeta de crédito.... es decir, desviaron mi pago...
La recepcionista del hotel me dijo que debia llamar a la agencia Sybelio para que ellos me reembolsaran, me dio número de la empresa (Sybelio on line) y ahí nadie contesta.
