★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SEVICIO ! Pagamos $12,000 pesos por una gamagrafia cardiaca con medio de contraste, y sucedieron los siguientes acontecimientos:
1- Se comieron el Lunch de mi papá siendo el un hombre de 80años , sandwich, yogurt y manzana dieta estricta por enfermedades de conmorbilidad. El estudio duro 5 hrs y le dijeron que lo sentían le dieron su comida a alguien más, y le dieron un pan con queso amarillo.
2.- El personal que atendió a mi papá le poncho la vena , le movía la aguja dentro para encontrar la vena ( esto no se debe de hacer) mientras sudaba y le expulsaba su aliento debido a la obesidad mórbida de el trabajador.
3.- En circunstancias de covid-19 y en plena pandemia y semáforo rojo, mi papá requirió un cambio de almohada debido a que la había usado otra persona ANTES que el , entonces NUEVAMENTE el personal le cambió la almohada por otra ya usada de otro paciente , NO UNA LIMPIA Y NUEVA! sino otra ya USADA... y con mal olor.
Por estas acciones hago responsables a los encargados de esta empresa, y exijo que resuelvan de inmediato esta falta de Ética, respeto e higiene en sus trabajadores.
LOUSY SEVICE! We paid $ 12,000 pesos for a contrast-enhanced heart scan, and the following events occurred:
1- They ate my dad's Lunch being an 80-year-old man, sandwich, yogurt and apple strict diet due to comorbid diseases. The study lasted 5 hrs and they said they were sorry they gave their food to someone else, and they gave them a bread with yellow cheese.
2.- The staff who attended to my dad punctured his vein, moved the needle inside to find the vein (this should not be done) while he sweated and expelled his breath due to the morbid obesity of the worker.
3.- In the circumstances of covid-19 and in the middle of the pandemic and red light, my dad required a pillow change because someone else had used it BEFORE him, then AGAIN the staff changed the pillow for another already used from another patient, NOT A CLEAN AND NEW! but another already USED ... and with a bad smell.
For these actions, I hold the managers of this company responsible, and I demand that they immediately resolve this lack of Ethics, respect and hygiene in their workers.

Very good service and excellent attention, you can schedule an appointment from WhatsApp and they have trained personnel from nuclear medicine, nursing and reception, I highly recommend it.
