★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were killing time before our flight home and decided to stop by Sylvestre for a drink. We didn’t know what to expect and didn’t realize that it was a formal steak house so we also ordered a cup of soup, salad, and sweetbreads to munch on with our drinks. For dessert, we had the floating island and pavlova (amazing). Everything about this restaurant was top notch from the authentically friendly and elegant service to the complimentary delicious palate cleanser, digestif, and chocolates. The team went above and beyond: they all came out to surprise my niece with yet another dessert, sparkler, and balloon for her birthday. Even though our meal was limited, everyone, especially Ryko (?), made this a truly memorable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin. With so many options at the mall, it was a hard choice. Starting with the reception experience, we did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate our small group with 2 small children. Drinks and food came out quickly. Excellent cocktail menu! Wine list on the iPad was very enticing, my wife and I, however, were excited for cocktails that night. Jonatan was our server and treated us like royalty. Several others came to assist at different times of the dinner, which was a great display of customer-focused service. I could go on and on, but the summary is that the food and experience was worth every penny. We will definitely be returning!
