Nunca se comunican contigo, tú tienes que andar llamando, y cuando lo haces, la "asesora" (que no asesora ni ayuda en nada) siempre dice que le hablará al jefe de taller y te deja en espera 4 o 5 minutos y cuando vuelve siempre dice que no está, que anda probando un carro, pero que en media hora regresan la llamada, y es mentira.
Yo dejé mi coche y en 3 días no pudieron ni siquiera hacer un diagnóstico.
Busquen otro taller, no pierdan su tiempo con lugares en los que ni se interesan y no ayudan al cliente.
 Terrible service. They never communicate with you, you have to go calling, and when you do, the "advisor" (who does not advise or help at all) always says that he will speak to the workshop manager and leave you waiting 4 or 5 minutes and when he returns he always says that he is not there, that he is testing a car, but that in half an hour they return the call, and it is a lie.
I left my car and in 3 days they couldn't even make a diagnosis.
Look for another workshop, do not waste your time with places that are not interested and do not help the client.
