★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaba mucho este Autolavado por el trato y la rapidez.. pero de unos meses para acá no está tan organizando como antes, mal acomodo de los carros, tardé 50 min en mi lavado de carro (y eso que llegué porque “no había casi fila”)
En fin, espero les sirva mi comentario para decirles que no dejen ir el buen servicio al cliente que era lo que me hacía regresar.
I liked this car wash a lot because of its treatment and speed... but a few months down the road it hasn't been as organized as it used to be, bad arrangement of the cars, it took me 50 minutes to wash my car (and I arrived because "there were hardly any row")
Anyway, I hope my comment will serve to tell you not to let go of the good customer service that was what made me come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, empezando por la cajera que tiene una mala actitud como si no tuviera ganas de trabajar y hasta te hace caras. He ido 2 días y no aceptan tarjeta de crédito ni de débito. Si no aceptan tarjeta de crédito o débito, mínimo pongan un letrero o algo y evito hacer la fila. En una de esas ocasiones, el túnel de los coches no funcionaba y se tardaron demasiado. No lo recomiendo para nada, hay mejores lugares donde te atienden mejor por un buen precio.
Terrible service, starting with the cashier who has a bad attitude as if she doesn't feel like working and even makes faces at you. I've been 2 days and they don't accept credit or debit card. If they don't accept credit or debit cards, at least put up a sign or something and I'll avoid standing in line. On one of those occasions, the car tunnel was not working and they took too long. I do not recommend it at all, there are better places where they serve you better for a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Estaba descompuesto uno de los cepillos de la maquina y un lado del auto quedó sucio, lo trataron de limpiar manualmente pero no es lo mismo.
En el interior lo dejaron más sucio de lo que estaba. Tierra en el tablero y con manos marcadas en asientos (la tapicería es color blanco) la cajuela mal aspirada
Ganas de hacer las cosas pero hace falta una buena capacitación y un supervisor.
? One of the machine's brushes was broken and one side of the car was dirty, they tried to clean it manually but it's not the same.
Inside they left it dirtier than it was. Dirt on the dashboard and with marked hands on the seats (the upholstery is white) the trunk is poorly vacuumed
You want to do things but you need good training and a supervisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible avoid this one. It has the super old tunnel model.. It's really rough on your car paint you can hear the strain when you go thru the tunnel.. Better go to the "la alianza" location near Palacio de hierro they have a New tunnel there, newer model much better on your car..
