Synapse Service and Support - 45040 Zapopan

Very bad attention. Apple referred me to this store for support to review the keyboard to replace it with a quality program. They didn't even look at me or even take an interest in reviewing the computer problem.

I was attended by a lady who did not even bother to check my cell phone and told me that there was no remedy, much less guarantee and it was not true

This place is a complete rip off !. My mac no longer turned on one day and I took them to him to check. They checked it and told me that the operating system thundered! They charged me for formatting it, and they charged me for the backup of my information. About 1 month later the exact same thing happens to me (my mac no longer turned on and did nothing). I no longer wanted to take it and I started to watch a lot of youtube videos to do it myself. I discovered that I only had to disconnect and connect the battery and not format the computer. The problem of disconnecting and connecting the battery seems to be a manufacturing defect (I do not know if intentional or by mistake) and they take advantage of that to format your computer and also charge you for backup of your information. They are undoubtedly criminals, because in addition to that they used my information and created an Amazon account from one of my debit cards.

Terrible service. A month and a half to deliver an iphone, the technician broke it down more than it already was. They remain to call to give reports of how the service is going and nothing. I had to go 8 times because the phone is not answered. Appalling I do not recommend it at all.

I've always had a first-rate experience at Synapse. The attention is quick and the service is excellent. I have always found the details of my equipment and without any complaint. Highly recommended. (I had bad experiences with other Apple service centers and Synapse is by far the best.)
