★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue 2 días seguidos y en ninguno atendieron a mi esposa de 8 meses, la primera vez fue porque no aceptaban efectivo, y al día siguiente fuimos a las 12 de la tarde (cuando el horario es hasta las 2), y dijeron que no había doctora hasta las 4. Me hicieron perder 2 días de trabajo, dinero en pasajes y tiempo. Pésimo!
 It was 2 days in a row and they did not attend my 8-month-old wife in any of them, the first time was because they did not accept cash, and the next day we went at 12 in the afternoon (when the hours are until 2), and they said there was no doctor until 4. They made me lose 2 days of work, money on tickets and time. Appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena calidad de los equipos usados en los estudios; buen servicio de la doctora a cargo de las imágenes de ultrasonido. PÉSIMO servicio del personal de recepción y entrega de resultados. No tienen los resultados en la hora acordada. Esperan para buscar los resultados a otro lugar, hasta que llega el cliente. LAS RECEPCIONISTAS son groseras y no tienen ganas de atender y proporcionar información. Se la pasan platicando. Echan a perder la calidad del servicio en general.
La mejor manera de agradecer la preferencia, es hacer algo por mejorar su servicio en la atención al cliente. Su mala atención hace perder la preferencia.
Good quality of the equipment used in the studies; Good service from the doctor in charge of the ultrasound images. LOUSY service of the reception and delivery of results staff. They do not have the results at the agreed time. They wait to look for the results elsewhere, until the client arrives. THE RECEPTIONISTS are rude and do not feel like attending and providing information. They spend it talking. They spoil the quality of service in general.
The best way to appreciate the preference is to do something to improve your customer service. Their bad attention makes them lose their preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para pedir una cita y la telefonista completamente inepta, no apunta citas, no da información concreta, sólo recurro a este lugar porque las muestras las toman mujeres y otorgan resultados en papel, pero la verdad desde la primera impresión dejan muchísimo que desear.
