La señorita que atendió la llamada muy amable y de inmediato me mandó a un técnico. El técnico muy profesional, me explico varios detalles y recomendaciones a futuro para el cuidado de mis electrodomésticos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me quedo con un buen servicio, atención y honestidad del técnico pues días antes vinieron de otro servicio y la cotización era sumamente excesiva a comparación de lo que me cobraron , mi centro de lavado esta funcionando correctamente y sobre todo que me ofrecieron una solución rápida, los recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, se pagaron 2,300 pesos por el "mantenimiento" de una lavadora perfectamente funcional y posterior a su visita ya no se podía centrifugar, llamamos de nuevo y se lavan las manos diciendo que lo debemos arreglar directamente con el técnico.
No sólo descompusieron la lavadora, ahora no contestan las llamadas y el pago se hizo completo.
Terrible service, 2,300 pesos were paid for the "maintenance" of a perfectly functional washing machine and after his visit it could no longer be centrifuged, we called again and they washed their hands saying that we must fix it directly with the technician.
Not only did they break down the washing machine, now they are not answering calls and the payment is complete.
