Yoga no es un ejercicio que yo frecuentara antes y descubrí me gusta mucho; me siento más fuerte y también más relajado. Los entrenadores son súper atentos, no se siente la distancia; puedes ir a tu ritmo de exigencia y ellos siempre están ahí para apoyarte, corregirte si así lo deseas y alentarte. Súper contento con la experiencia
During the pandemic I signed up to stay active in each. The truth was not expecting much and I was surprised! Yoga is not an exercise that I used to frequent before and I discovered I like it a lot; I feel stronger and also more relaxed. The coaches are super attentive, you don't feel the distance; You can go at your own pace and they are always there to support you, correct you if you wish, and encourage you. Syzygy es un espacio donde se ofrece variedad de estilos, pero lo más importante es el ambiente que se genera en las clases y sus maestros. Desde su profesionalismo y calidez humana, María José y Pablo hacen posible generar un espacio armónico, donde te sientes acompañada, en familia y guiada en tu proceso de aprendizaje. Su compromiso y atención genuina te hacen sentir cómoda desde el primer día que llegas. Es un lugar donde (a diferencia de otros lugares de yoga) no existe la competitividad de “a ver quién hace la mejor asana”, ni los favoritismos, ni la “falsa espiritualidad”, ni el querer venderte talleres o clases extras. Un espacio donde María José y Pablo te cuidan, te guía, y te hacen sentir en confianza con tu cuerpo y con tus avances. Siempre disponibles para lo que necesites, conteniéndote y apoyándote aún fuera de las sesiones de clase. Recomiendo el lugar y las clases online que han conseguido que desde mi propio hogar pueda continuar con la práctica. ¡Gracias maestros!
I have had the opportunity to meet various yoga centers and try different styles with different teachers. Syzygy is a space where a variety of styles is offered, but the most important thing is the atmosphere that is generated in the classes and their teachers. From their professionalism and human warmth, María José and Pablo make it possible to generate a harmonious space, where you feel accompanied, as a family and guided in your learning process. Their commitment and genuine attention make you feel comfortable from the first day you arrive. It is a place where (unlike other yoga places) there is no competition to “see who does the best asana”, nor favoritism, nor “false spirituality”, nor wanting to sell you workshops or extra classes. A space where María José and Pablo take care of you, guide you, and make you feel confident with your body and with your progress. Always available for whatever you need, containing and supporting you even outside of class sessions. I recommend the place and the online classes that have achieved that from my own home I can continue with the practice. Thank you teachers!
