Mi esposo y yo fuimos a conocer, nos queda caminando, así que ??♀️ queríamos comer, tomar una copa y pasar un buen rato.
Llegamos a la entrada del lugar y de las 4 hostess que había y que estaban frente a nosotros, sólo una de ellas reaccionó después de estar dos minutos esperando y dio la órden a una de ellas para que nos atendieran.
Voltearon (nos estaban dando la espalda, "platicando" con un cliente) y una de ellas nos barrió, nos preguntó si teníamos reservación, no, no teníamos y nos dice -pues a ver qué puedo hacer-, acto seguido, entra y unos momentos después sale el gerente Héctor, que nos llevó a la zona de fumadores ??♀️ NO FUMAMOS!, ni aguantamos el humo ??♀️
Total, nos ofrece que en cuanto se desocupe una mesa de las de adentro nos cambian y yo le dije -ok, entonces en cuanto estemos adentro ordenamos, porque no voy a pedir para comer donde fuman-, entonces en ese momento nos cambiaron a la zona exterior (que también es de fumadores, pero ahí está al aire libre y ese siente menos); total, nos tomó la orden, pasaron 15min y nada, luego llega un mesero y nos vuelve a tomar la orden, en total fueron 30min de espera para tomar un mezcal y un whisky, luego la cuenta.... terminamos levantándonos para pedir que nos cobraran y ya podernos ir.
Otro Gerente llamado Eduardo amablemente se disculpó después de saber la situación total y nos ofreció no pagar.
Total, no pagamos, pero NO REGRESAREMOS ??♀️

Total, he offers us that as soon as one of the inside tables is vacated they change us and I told him -ok, then as soon as we are inside we order, because I am not going to order to eat where they smoke-, then at that moment they changed us to the outdoor area (which is also for smokers, but there it is outdoors and that feels less); Total, we took the order, 15 minutes passed and nothing, then a waiter arrives and takes the order again, in total there were 30 minutes of waiting to have a mezcal and a whiskey, then the bill ... we ended up getting up to ask for it. They will charge us and we can go.
Another Manager named Eduardo kindly apologized after learning the total situation and offered us not to pay.
Total, we do not pay, but WE WILL NOT RETURN ??♀️
