★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Hotel. Für 1 Nacht aufenthalt okey. Länger würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist Dunkel und eher Kalt. Das Zimmer hat auch gestunken. Der Pool auf dem Dach war schmutzig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, als wir kein warm Wasser mehr hatten. Das Früshtück ist einfach aber lecker!
 Nice hotel. For 1 night stay ok. I wouldn't recommend it any longer. The room is dark and rather cold. The room smelled too. The rooftop pool was dirty. The staff was very friendly and took care of it immediately when we ran out of hot water. The breakfast is simple but delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn sie hier übernachten, müssen sie mit hunderten von Moskitos klarkommen. Die Zimmer sind regelrecht befallen….
Leider hat es das Hotelpersonal immer wieder nicht geschafft uns Handtücher und Toilettenpapier hinzulegen.
Außerdem ist im Zimmer ein dauerhaft abartiger Geruch, der sich auch in die Klamotten frisst. Letzter Punkt: Das Hotel hat einen mit Kieselsteinen ausgelegten Boden, auf dem man weder Koffer rollen noch leise laufen kann (gerade nachts wacht man deswegen immer wieder auf). Das gesamte Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört sogar, wenn sich die Leute im Nachbarzimmer in einer normalen Lautstärke unterhalten.
Pluspunkt:
- Kostenlose Fahrräder (die bekommt man aber in vielen Unterkünften in Tulum).
- Lage zu den Ruinen.
If you stay here you will have to deal with hundreds of mosquitos. The rooms are downright infested….
Unfortunately, the hotel staff repeatedly failed to put towels and toilet paper down for us.
In addition, there is a permanent, perverse smell in the room, which also eats into the clothes. Last point: The hotel has a pebble floor, on which you can neither roll suitcases nor walk quietly (especially at night you wake up again and again because of this). The entire hotel is extremely noisy. You can even hear when people in the next room are talking at a normal volume.
Plus point:
- Free bicycles (but you can get them in many accommodations in Tulum).
- Location to the ruins.

5+star! I barely leave reviews , but I took my time for this one. Exceptional customer service, sparkling clean, location is 5 min from beach, friendly environment, great food next to it (Pali santo) definitely recommend. Thank you Lupita & Enrique !!

Beds fairly comfortable
Good water pressure and heat
AC always works.
Free bikes ($100 deposit)
Free breakfast
Cons: the pool is not good. There are no loungers
The fan has two speeds: turbo and off
The wifi is very slow.
The lights are all controlled by a single switch. Basically all of the lights or none of the lights.
Window is narrow in my room but the rooms to the south have better views.
Breakfast is very basic
