★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan mucho tiempo en servir y el trato es realmente malo.
No tienen muchos de los platillo mostrados en el menú, y tuve la experiencia de pedir flautas y me trajeron fajitas, al aclararlo me trataron como si estuviera loco argumentando que no vendían flautas, cuando justo tenía el menú en la mano.
Si quieres que te traten mal. Gastar tu dinero en comida insípida y esperar bastante a que te sirvan, este es el lugar ideal.
 Terrible service, they take a long time to serve and the treatment is really bad.
They don't have many of the dishes shown on the menu, and I had the experience of ordering flautas and they brought me fajitas, when I clarified it they treated me as if I was crazy arguing that they didn't sell flautas, when I just had the menu in my hand.
If you want to be treated badly. Spending your money on bland food and waiting quite a while to be served, this is the place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a connection in Mexico City and I had lunch on the restaurant. The food was fine -not extraordinary-. When I paid the check, my card didn't work so I decided to pay in US dollars. I was impressed to find out they increased the exchange rate unfavourably. I still paid but I think it was a questionable action on the head of the restaurant. As I don't applaud unfair situations with tourists, I will never go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half of the food was served cold. Steak on the nachos was cold and like chewing gum. The strawberry smoothie had no flavour and was warm which is disgusting.
Worst of all... the lady who acts like the manager or chef didn't even listen to my feedback. Just ignored it and walked away.
This was a waste of money and I don't recommend eating here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time or money. The portions are very small and very expensive for cheap food you can pick up at the 7.11 in the next hall. They got 3 out of 4 items wrong. And the 4th item was not good. Wasted about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to fix the check. In the end we only had to pay for the 1 correct item they served which was nice of them.

Good: Waiters quick and helpful. Received a factura without asking for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very good., but what came out of the kitchen lacked. For 165 pesos I think that an omelette dish should come with bread. The fruit cup that cost 100 pesos had hard melon, over-ripe papaya and a few slices of strawberries. When I pointed it out, they brought me some slices of pineapple. For these prices I expected better.
