La cubierta me la llevé el mismo día y el enchape (par) lo dejé pagado con la promesa de entregarlo en 5 días hábiles. El enchape me lo entregaron el 9 de septiembre y no fué lo que solicité. Se lo hice ver a la cajera diciendo que solo eran dos tiras de enchape y no lo que pedí. Me respondió burlonamente que así lo habían enviado (sic) y que lo cortara yo a la medida que quisiera. Por cierto, ambas cajeras déspotas, groseras y atendiendo cuando quieren. Había una sola persona en caja y entre las tres tenían una plática y no me atendieron cuando se lo pedí a la que solo estaba platicando. Por cierto, la persona joven que me hizo el corte de la cubierta dió un mejor servicio y mucho mejor información que el personal que debería hacerlo. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I made a purchase on August 8th of a Dekken deck and a pair of Kober veneers. I took the cover the same day and I left the veneer (pair) paid with the promise to deliver it in 5 business days. The veneer was delivered to me on September 9 and it was not what I requested. I made the cashier see it saying that it was only two strips of veneer and not what I asked for. He replied mockingly that they had sent it that way (sic) and that I cut it to the length I wanted. By the way, both despotic cashiers, rude and serving when they want. There was only one person in the box and between the three of them they had a talk and they did not attend me when I asked the one who was only talking. By the way, the young person who cut the cover for me gave better service and much better information than the staff who should.

Si no quieren hacer corajes no les recomiendo comprar aquí.
