★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen, surtido y precios, aunque al entrar a la tienda no encontre alguien que atienda, mas que la cajera que parece que esta enojada supongo porque es la que cobra y ademas informa como si el cliente ya supiera lo que hay, la tienda muy bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola al principio todo bien hasta que te das cuenta de que tienen mal seguimiento al cliente desde que te envían el material , casi no tienen stock o materiales con sus respectivos tapacantos o tapatornillos, casi siempre lo que venden es aglomerado , MDF brilla por su ausencia solo tienen nogal Neo , hice unos cortes y fallaron por milímetros a pesar de tener máquina especializada, me marcaron las piezas con un lápiz de cera y un problema quitárselo,hablé y me aseguraron que se quitaba con agua y un trapo y al menos no logré quitárselo , dejan mucho que desear , solo te hacen perder el tiempo cuando requieres un proyecto para un cliente. Solo hay una persona que te atiende bien pero tampoco dan seguimiento del material que llega a tu domicilio , te dice que te tienes que arreglar con bodega. Para que te arreglen alguna pieza mal cortada o malograda o maltratada tu la tienes que llevar imagínate !!

There is only one person who takes good care of you but they do not follow up on the material that arrives at your home, he tells you that you have to arrange with the warehouse. To fix a badly cut, spoiled or abused piece you have to take it, imagine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen que actualizarse, iba a comprar 18 tableros con sus respectivos cortes, tapacanteado, perforaciones de 35 mm y material adicional para una cocina y no me pueden hacer llegar una simple cotización, hay que ir hasta la sucursal, en moblox iztacalco me hicieron la cotización en 30 min. Aunque no es la primera tienda en la que me dicen que no pueden hacer el servicio sin ir personalmente si creo que se están quedando atrás, era una venta de $30 000 y no les interesó ganarla, no sé que será de ventas mas pequeñas.
