★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí al lugar en busca de imprimir más de 50 tabloides, pero al llegar al lugar la Srita que me atendió tuvo poco profesionalismo, mala actitud y al final no pudieron hacer el pedido que les pedía debido a que su computadora estaba muy lenta.
El local sin duda es bueno y los productos en venta también pero el personal que me atendió deja mucho que desear.
 I went to the place in search of printing more than 50 tabloids, but when I arrived at the place, the lady who attended me had little professionalism, a bad attitude and in the end they could not make the request that I asked because their computer was very slow.
The place is certainly good and the products for sale too but the staff that attended to me leaves a lot to be desired.

I am super happy with this printing press. They do all kinds of finishes, always super punctual and impeccable work. I love Denisse's boxed service, always smiling. Jessy, Isaac, Vale and Mandy always giving solutions, they have never told me that you can't. Mr. Miguel and Juan Carlos always take me out of trouble and not even Carlos, always with the best disposition and attitude. 1000% recommended I come back literally every day! Congratulations guys! Remodelación de la sucursal en todo ámbito, nuevo local y distinta forma de trato al cliente. Información clara y veraz del producto a imprimir, además de contar con distintas formas de pago entre ellas transferencia, recomendado para trabajos de gran impresión. Falta por ajustarse al nuevo sistema de trabajo, pero por lo por to ayer y hoy recibí una excelente atención de parte de las chicas de mostrador. Además de que se nota a leguas que se enfocaron en mejoran la comunicación no verbal al recibir al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buenos precios, no atienden muy rápido y no es bonito el lugar pero es muy funcional y tienen lo que necesitas así que no te cobran extra por la experiencia de un lugar bonito.
Sus impresiones son buenas y usan materiales de calidad, el super plus es que tiene estacionamiento, eso es raro en la zona así que vale la ida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había mandando hacer varios trabajos y todo bien, la última vez la cajera, me cambio la cotización 2 veces, y al cobrarme me la volvió a cambiar, y además me quería cobrar comisión por cobro con tarjeta. Ya era un abuso.
Lo bueno es que existen muchísimos negocios al rededor, así uno puede cotizar y no depender solo de este lugar.
