He hablado muchas veces a Atención a Clientes con Set Romero, Tamara Acevedo y Erika Gutiérrez, pero no dan solución e incumplen cada compromiso; incluso dijeron que si quiero hacer la devolución me cobrarán una penalización del 15%. Van casi 3 meses y no se resuelve. Voy a PROFECO.

Esta empresa es D'europe son una empresa abusiva, desde que me anime a comprar en la expo del WTC había leído malas referencias pero quise arriesgarme. Te indican en el ticket que te entregan en 50 días pero cuando se empiezan a tardar les marcas (lo cual es super difícil) y te dicen que en la parte de atrás dice que pueden tardar hasta 90 días y si quieres cancelar te dicen que sí pero que te cobrarán el 20% del total de la compra (también vienen en el reverso del ticket) pero sí no cumplieron con la fecha de entrega por que deberían cobrar penalización. No te guíes solo de mi comentario, hay grupos en Facebook, en WhatsApp existe el hashtag #deuropefraude en twitter, revísalos antes de hacer tu compra para que no hagas corajes.

No puedes cancelar la compra, no puedes cambiar con algo que esté disponible. Le suben el precio para hacerte pagar diferencia. Es un desastre, y lo peor es que siguen ofreciendo y mintiendo y siguen cayendo incautos en su trampa. Venden y no entregan, bicicleta el dinero. Le hechan la culpa a los proveedores y los proveedores te dicen "ya entregué 3 veces" y a uno no le llega. Resumen. No compren ahí.
