En esta ocasión pude disfrutar de las villas y glampings en playa fue una experiencia increíble y mágica. El servicio y la comida excelentes. Espero regresar pronto ya sea a los hospedajes en playa ó a Keemala On a past occasion I stayed in Keemala it was wonderful. This time I was able to enjoy the villas and glamping on the beach, it was an incredible and magical experience. Excellent service and food. I hope to return soon either to the beach lodges or to Keemala
M	Martha Chavez Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familia y yo estuvimos encantados durante nuestra estancia en el tachinaste , mis hijos aparte de disfrutar de la playa , no querían salir de la alberca del lugar … que decir de la atención del personal, siempre estuvieron pendientes de lo que ocupábamos.. y con una sonrisa q nos hicieron sentir que estábamos en casa!! También recomiendo la charola de mariscos super frescos y riquísimo .. sin duda alguna volveremos a ir a ese mágico lugar ❤️ My family and I were delighted during our stay at the tachinaste, my children apart from enjoying the beach, they did not want to leave the pool of the place... what to say about the attention of the staff, they were always attentive to what we were occupying... and with a smile that made us feel that we were at home!! I also recommend the super fresh and delicious seafood platter... without a doubt we will go back to that magical place ❤️
A	Andrés García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años fuimos con mi familia, y realmente fue una experiencia decepcionante. Es una estafa para lo que nos cobraron por un “todo incluido”. Y nos es culpa de las personas que trabajan ahí, para nada. Son apenas 3 personas atendiendo la cocina, habitaciones, mesereando, mantenimiento, y todo lo que involucra. La playa está sucia (en general, no solo la del lugar). Las “administradoras” están en otro lugar y nos dieron largas y nunca solucionaron nada porque claramente no les importa. Nos cambiaron de habitación para que no pasáramos calor y ni servían los climas. Según podíamos pedir los alimentos y barra libre y se les acababan las aguas, los platillos tardaban horas. Simplemente las personas que realmente trabajan allí no tienen apoyo. Lo venden como una maravilla pero no es así. Lástima por el lugar porque tiene potencial para realmente ser un centro turístico.

Las dos noches que estuvimos ahí (porque no nos quedó de otra ya que estaba pagado el hospedaje y te recalcan que no hay devoluciones) fue un infierno. El lugar se está cayendo a pedazos, está sucio, la comida es cara y mala, se va la luz y te quedas sin agua. La noche del viernes 15 de abril se fue la luz y ya se imaginarán el calor. No había ningún encargado en el hotel, se fue una familia que llevaba un bebé, ya estaban desesperados. Los demás tuvimos que dormir a la intemperie para soportar el calor. A primera hora del día sábado, huimos de ese sitio. Los meseros te quieren cobrar el 20% de propina, en fin, no hay nada bueno que decir de este lugar. Veremos cuánto tiempo más les sirve seguir engañando a la gente con todas sus mentiras, cambien de estrategia señores, cumplan lo que ofrecen, hay muchas cosas que pueden hacer para mejorar el lugar, solo piensan en el dinero y en timar a los huéspedes. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK It is clear to me that the opinions of this place that appear with 5 stars are false, like everything that this "hotel" offers, which is neither chic nor ecological. The two nights we were there (because we had no other choice since the accommodation was paid and they emphasize that there are no refunds) it was hell. The place is falling apart, it's dirty, the food is expensive and bad, the power goes out and you run out of water. On the night of Friday, April 15, the power went out and you can imagine the heat. There was no manager at the hotel, a family left with a baby, they were already desperate. The rest of us had to sleep outdoors to withstand the heat. Early on Saturday morning, we fled from that site. The waiters want to charge you a 20% tip, in short, there is nothing good to say about this place. We will see how much longer it is useful for you to continue deceiving people with all your lies, change your strategy gentlemen, fulfill what you offer, there are many things you can do to improve the place, they only think about money and ripping off guests.

No pudimos bañarnos ese día que llegamos ya que no tienen agua dulce! Un fraude total! La alberca agua salada y Sucia, mejor bañate en el brazo de mar que esta más limpia! Hay mejores hoteles que te cobran menos y no te ponen publicación engañosa! Ojalá pronto les pongan un alto o una sanción y no sigan cayendo víctimas en sus manos! Es por demás repetir lo que otros ya han dicho sobre los baños y las habitaciónes! Ahí en la isla hay más hoteles! Busquen señores, no caigan como nosotros en este engaño! La estrella es para los empleados que se esmeran por que estés más o menos bien! Nothing to do with what they publish! Totally disappointed with the experience they offer! We couldn't swim that day we arrived as they don't have fresh water! A total fraud! The pool is salty and dirty water, better bathe in the arm of the sea that is cleaner! There are better hotels that charge you less and don't give you a misleading post! Hopefully soon they will be stopped or sanctioned and victims will not continue to fall into their hands! Los amaneceres y atardeceres son hermosos y al anochecer se pueden ver todas las estrellas, no se diga sus montañas! . También no hay tanta gente y eso lo hace perfecto para descansar. La comida es deliciosa, todo lo del menú y la atención de las personas que atienden es muy buena, todos son muy amables y educados y hacen lo posible para que tu estancia sea muy plena. Muy recomendado!! The place is a magical experience with nature. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and at nightfall you can see all the stars, not to mention its mountains! . There are also not so many people and that makes it perfect to rest. The food is delicious, everything on the menu and the attention of the people who attend is very good, everyone is very kind and polite and they do everything possible to make your stay very fulfilling. Highly recommended!!

N	Nadja Mühlemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there. The place is pretty run down. Lot of trash and broken chairs. Smell is bad. Room could not be closed. Staff is unmotivated. Food is expensive and there‘s no choice on the island. Boat transfer costs extra 200 pesos. We did not enjoy our stay.
