I went with my boyfriend directly to the Plaza Mundo E branch, terrible service! in all aspects. They took a long time to bring us the food, we asked for the package of "tacos al pastor" for couples and it did not look like a package or for children, everything came cold and dry, they gave us broccoli and watermelon from their super cold salad bar (as freshly taken from the refrigerator) and the worst? already spoiled. The tortillas were all hard, like the ones they sell in supermarkets, and in the center a pinch of "meat" that doesn't even taste like shepherd, and we asked for vegetables 3 times and they only gave us about two tacos. Everything was to rickety measures, cold and tasteless. We asked for soda because their syrup waters ("which already included") we don't like and they charged us 22 pesos for mini soda without giving us a discount. They gave us about half a lemon for the tacos and in the vegetables we found 2 hairs. We complained and it was worth the terrible service, they made us want to pay and the little we ate was because it was already late and we were starving. It is terrible to go through experiences like this and that no one rewards you for having such a bad experience that it can also cause infection, salmonella or any other disease due to its poor hygiene. Its costs are so high, one eats delicious and filling at the taqueria on the corner; It is not possible that this type of place, many continue standing they disgust me ????

It's a great fast food place, I think they have great prices for the food they offer. I consider that if you are in a hurry and hungry, here it is a great option, because, in addition, it is not greasy. They have a great option for salads that accompany the main dish. 5/5.
