★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí por Uber, decía que llegaban en 20-30 minutos, pasó más de hora y media. Llamé directamente a Taco Mestizo y les dije que si era seguro el envío y pregunté qué tanto más tardarían. Me contestaron que no me preocupara, que ya los iban a enviar. Uber me cancela el pedido, vuelvo a llamar y me dicen que vuelva a hacer el pedido por Uber. Les pregunto que si tienen su propio repartidor y me dicen que sí, que haga el pedido por WhatsApp ? Mi niña en el teléfono gritando al fondo que tiene hambre y Taco Mestizo decide colgarme el teléfono. Horrible atención y servicio. No lo recomiendo.
I asked for Uber, it said they would arrive in 20-30 minutes, it took more than an hour and a half. I called Taco Mestizo directly and told them if the shipment was safe and asked how long it would take. They told me not to worry, that they were going to send them. Uber cancels my order, I call again and they tell me to order again through Uber. I ask them if they have their own delivery man and they say yes, to place the order on WhatsApp ? My girl on the phone screaming in the background that she is hungry and Taco Mestizo decides to hang up the phone. Horrible attention and service. I do not recommend it.
